Office Ally Announces Record-Setting Performance in 2012
SAN ANTONIO --(Business Wire)--
A 66 percent increase in provider clients coupled with new product
launches and continued industry recognition all contributed to another
record-setting year in 2012 for Office
Ally, company President and CEO Brian O'Neill announced today.
Office Ally is the only organization in the country offering healthcare
providers a full suite of revenue-cycle
management services. This comprehensive and integrated approach,
coupled with the organization's outstanding track record of service and
customer support, helped contribute to the company growing to more than
290,000 provider clients in 2012, up from 175,000 in 2011. And once
again in 2012, Office Ally was the nation's fastest-growing
practice-management company adding approximately 950 providers a month.
To help support these providers and to offer additional value to
practices at no cost, in 2012 Office Ally launched its "Support Suite"
product, which provides healthcare providers nationwide additional,
real-time support to aid in their delivery of patient care. Through
its new 24/7 "Support Suite," providers and their office staff can
access instructional documentation, chat live with Office Ally
representatives, and access the company's interactive "troubleshooter"
tool that allows users to diagnose and resolve common prolems and
questions. Providers also have immediate access to an online service
that allows them to view the resolution for a claim rejection.
"This free, one-stop support resource is designed to make life simpler
for providers and their staff by offering information in a quick and
easy-to-utilize format," said O'Neill. "The more efficiently we can get
information to providers and answer their questions, the more
efficiently their office can run; and that aids both themselves and
their patients tremendously."
In addition to its growth in provider clients, Office Ally received two
significant industry recognitions in 2012. First, Office Ally was
certified as a "Gold" electronic
health records (EHR) technology vendor in the inaugural Health IT
Quality Solutions™ program sponsored by Quest Diagnostics. And shortly
before the year ended, Office Ally was named by KLAS one of the two top
clearinghouses in the country. Office Ally was the top-rated vendor
overall for workflow tools and capabilities and received the highest
rating for online claims editing, allowable attachments and second
insurance processing. Most important 100 percent said they would "buy
from Office Ally again" and that the vendor "keeps promises."
Also in 2012 Office Ally continued to work with regional extension
centers around the country to provide a simple and affordable way for
providers in those markets to convert to EHRs and receive incentive
payments. Over the past two years, Office Ally has been selected as a
preferred EHR vendor for regional extension centers in Los Angeles and
Orange (News - Alert) County, California, plus centers in Texas, Arizona, Colorado,
Iowa, Maryland and South Florida, among others.
"In 2013 we will continue to innovate and respond to marketplace needs
as the industry continues to evolve and automation becomes an even more
essential tool for providers," said O'Neill. "By taking advantage of
what technology has to offer, providers can increase their efficiencies,
build their practices and better serve their patients."
Office Ally is the only organization in the country offering healthcare
providers a full complement of revenue-cycle management services
including a patient portal, electronic health records, a practice
management system, a clearinghouse and a billing service all under one
company. Founded in 2000 the company currently works with more than
290,000 providers and 5,600 insurance carriers in all 50 states. It also
houses eligibility for nearly 400 IPAs and small health plans. Its
complete suite of interactive ASP Internet-based solutions includes a
patient health registry - Patient Ally™, electronic health records - EHR
24/7™, practice management - Practice Mate™, clearinghouse and
case-connect tool. All of Office Ally's products and services are
