SmartTouch Interactive Announces Partnership with New Home Feed at International Builders Show
AUSTIN, Texas --(Business Wire)--
Breaking News from the NAHB International Builders Show: SmartTouch®
Interactive, an interactive real
estate marketing agency and real
estate marketing automation and CRM software development company,
today announced it has teamed up with New
Home Feed, the widest network of paid and free syndicated real
estate listing sites, developing the Smart Lead Adapter™, an XML plug-in
to automate lead capture and data entry.
New
Home Feed is using the new Smart Lead Adapter™ from SmartTouch® CRM,
a lead generation, email and marketing automation platform, which
captures leads from New Home Feed's third party sources and auto
populates them into the SmartTouch® CRM system. This eliminates double
data entry and leverages the SmartTouch® Platform lead scoring and
nurturing capabilities. When leads are received through New Home Feed's
network of syndicated listing sites -- such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com,
Homes.com -- they are immediately and automatically entered into the
SmartTouch® databases and distributed to the appropriate community sales
agents.
"The Smart Lead Adapter™ is the most recent example of technology we
have developed to assist New
Home Feed and its clients," said Robert Cowes, President ad
Co-Founder, SmartTouch®
Interactive. "We've worked with New Home Feed for several years,
continuously creating ways to maximize ROI on leads generated through
their network." Clients who will immediately use the New Home Feed XML
plug-in include Braselton Homes, Brohn Homes, MileStone Homes, Idea
Homes, and The Preserve at Mayfield Ranch.
"Our partnership with SmartTouch®
Interactive has added tremendous value for the builders and
developers who use our services," said Rick Smith, President of New
Home Feed. "The Smart Lead Adapter™ makes the process of selling
homes more efficient, shortening the sales cycle and saving time for
builders, developers and agents."
The Smart Lead Adapter™ empowers builder and real estate sales teams
with a complete view of lead activity from real estate listing sites
through SmartTouch®
CRM and Marketing
Automation. Leads gathered from third party sites are fed into the
SmartTouch® CRM system, allowing builders and developers to leverage
data by developing more targeted automated lead nurturing email
campaigns.
The SmartTouch®
Platform is a turnkey solution for builders and developers without a
current lead management system in place, providing valuable insight into
their advertising investment on these third party websites. Builders and
developers who use the SmartTouch®
Platform can then easily use this information to achieve higher ROI
by leveraging lead nurturing campaigns, which have been proven to
reengage 20-30 percent of leads and potential buyers that typically go
untouched.
Cowes added, "The lead adapter is a turnkey plug and play solution that
further strengthens the SmartTouch® Platform and assures that
leads from some of the top real estate listing sites are captured,
scored and nurtured. The tool gives real estate builders and developers
a competitive advantage and helps them ensure their sales and marketing
teams stay in front of leads and never leave a lead behind."
