Jan 21, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) --
Infor, a provider of business application software, has announced the availability of Interaction Advisor on the Salesforce Platform, a cloud platform for social and mobile business apps.
By leveraging Interaction Advisor's advanced decision engine, Salesforce users can react intelligently and personally, through the speed of social media, to virtually every customer interaction - increasing offer relevance, promoting higher acceptance rates and sales, and improving customer loyalty.
"In today's competitive market, the ability to quickly relay a personalized message and connect to a customer across multiple channels including mobile and social is critical for increasing and sustaining business," said MJ Crabbe-Barberis, global CRM product marketing director, Infor.
"The future of enterprise apps is social, mobile and connected," said Ron Huddleston, senior vice president, ISV & Channel, salesforce.com. "Partners such as Infor are leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform to give customers the tools they need to accelerate customer success in the social era."
Interaction Advisor uses a combination of historical, personal and contextual data to create real-time customer profiles that users can leverage to predict customers' future preferences and behavior. By combining real-time predictive analytics and cross-channel business rules, Interaction Advisor delivers high-impact offers at the moment of interaction between businesses and customers. Furthermore, by using closed-loop response tracking, the application measures each interaction result and adapts to improve effectiveness before the next interaction, the company said.
Built completely in the cloud on the Salesforce Platform and featuring an interface that delivers information in a consolidated, intuitive application, users have access to actionable data and functionality to make better communications decisions faster.
