Edition options for its one call ticket management software, KorWeb. The
new KorWeb Editions include KorWeb Basic, KorWeb Standard and KorWeb
The introduction of KorWeb Editions comes on the heels of several new
product roll outs. Because of the magnitude of each product, KorWeb
Editions allow current and future users, which include pipeline
companies, utility locators, municipalities and contract locators to
streamline their packages and pricing.

KorWeb Basic users are those that have low ticket volumes and receive
tickets in a small geographic area. KorWeb Standard customers have a
medium to large amount of tickets which are sent to larger or multiple
geographic areas. KorWeb Standard users will receive the same features
and functionality which are included in KorWeb.
For those interested in advanced reporting and communications, the
KorWeb Advanced option includes all the capabilities of KorWeb Standard
and Basic, plus additional technological features. KorWeb Advanced will
appeal to users who need to collect various damage prevention data for
business intelligence purposes. Advanced reporting also allows
management an in depth view of company operations, which may help in
decision making, cutting costs and identifying areas of improvement.
For many current KorWeb users, this transition will not affect which
products they use. However, for those who may be interested in using
multiple additional products, such as the new mobile software, Mobile
KorWeb, they may want to transition to KorWeb Advanced.
