Cincom Acquire has merged with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a result of the collaboration. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform will now receive its knowledge by incorporating the Cincom Guru business rule engine, resulting in the use of business rules to computerize decision making. "This agreement provides fully integrated configure, price, quote functionality for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users,” said Jerry Miller, MD, Intelligent Selling Solutions division at Cincom. “This enables Cincom customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to rapidly grow direct and indirect sales channels by helping sales reps and channel agents make better decisions faster." Microsoft chose Cincom for the Global ISV program due to the organization’s top status and its over four decades of experience in converting complexity into sustainable competitive benefit for global manufacturers. Cincom will now use the Microsoft Dynamics as the basis for its development activities. In-depth domain expertise is available by Cincom for resolving the most urgent compound enterprise tasks, ranging from sales to supply chain, accomplishing an important customer requirement. "Cincom Acquire combines Cincom's vertical industry expertise with the powerful Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, and is an example of the innovative solutions being delivered by our partners to help customers achieve their business goals,” said Doug Kennedy, VP of Microsoft Dynamics Partners and Support Services at Microsoft. “Cincom Acquire will be a significant benefit to manufacturing customers worldwide."
