Microsoft News - Ignify Wins Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Award for the Second Time
By Madhubanti Rudra, TMCnet Contributor
There are some 600,000 Microsoft (News - Alert) partners worldwide. Ignify outpaces them all, grabbing this year’s worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Award for the second consecutive year.
Ignify is a coveted provider of Microsoft Dynamics-based ERP, CRM, POS and eCommerce solutions. Based on its deep understanding about retail industry, Ignify realizes that retail clients need a multichannel solution to address their demanding needs.
Working closely with clients, Ignify aims to deliver a comprehensive software system capable of addressing every facet of a retail business, serving their mobile, online, phone, product catalog and in-store requirements.
The solution combines technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, Ignify eCommerce, Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Ignify’s Microsoft-powered CRM and ERP solutions are used in multiple verticals and help retailers drive success in the areas of e-commerce and order management.
Demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology, the company won the prestigious award in the Retail category.
In addition of demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise, the company has been consistent in delivering high-quality, predictable service to Microsoft Dynamics customers. The company also reportedly maintained a steady customer-acquisition rate and upwardly moving revenue-stream.
“Earning this award two years in a row is truly a reflection of the diligence, hard work and exceptional creativity of our implementation and product development teams,” said Ignify CEO Sandeep Walia. “Their devotion toward creating powerful and user-friendly software solutions that improve productivity affirms Ignify’s dedication to our customers’ success.”
Ignify’s solutions are the outcome of significant investments on a continuous basis. The company has reportedly invested over $6 million dollars in developing the intellectual property for the Ignify eCommerce product, creating a multicurrency, multinational global packaged e-commerce solution.
In its latest version, Ignify version 6.0 comes with 300 new features. This product development success became evident when the Ignify eCommerce completed processing over $10 billion in online revenues for retailers across 350 Web stores.
Another recent achievement includes the launch of Order Entry for Microsoft Dynamics, a solution that provides customers with the ability to perform phone and catalog orders through a Web interface.
As a testament to its commitment to customer learning, Ignify has invested in building a Microsoft Dynamics Experience Center in its Downtown Long Beach office that brings together a complete solution in an environment allowing customers to try them out.
“Ignify’s intense focus on providing our customers with the best possible customer service – whether it’s in the form of delivering a precisely configured software solution or in offering free hands-on education and training – is what has given Ignify its leadership position in the business software industry,” said Bhavesh Ashani, VP of customer satisfaction at Ignify.
Last year, Ignify was ranked on Deloitte’s (News - Alert) 2011 Technology Fast 500, a list that recognizes the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. The firm earned this recognition for the fourth consecutive year.
