Microsoft News - Emailvision Integrates E-mail Campaign Solution into Microsoft Dynamics CRM

The integration of the two will allow Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to have access to their customer data and develop, execute and manage their digital campaigns through a single interface. Users of the combined solution can gain a better understanding of their customers’ preferences and their campaign’s deliverability with comprehensive performance reporting.
With this knowledge, marketers have the ability to consistently improve their marketing messages, cultivate new revenue opportunities and grow their customer base.

Emailvision's Campaign Commander features drag-and-drop customer data discovery and geo-based heat maps. A new version of the solution, released in March, allows marketers to explore and analyze millions of records more quickly.
With a better understanding of their customers by location, behavior, demographics and purchase history, marketers can combine these insights to execute smarter marketing campaigns, the company said at the time of the announcement. Having customer intelligence at the heart of campaign development, marketers can increase revenues and profitability without overwhelming their subscribers, fans and followers.
The companies say that users of the combined Emailvision/Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Efficient and effective management of customer and prospective customer data will be able to more effectively create e-mail campaign segments using marketing lists from Microsoft Dynamics; send attractive, personalized e-mails using the branding and personalization features of Campaign Commander; achieve high deliverability rates for e-mail campaigns through the Emailvision platform; monitor and measure campaign performance; and gain daily automated data synchronization of new leads, contacts or accounts between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Campaign Commander.
