Microsoft News - Brainshark Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Enhances Sales Communications Results

Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM users now have the option to enhance the quality, effectiveness and results of their sales communications with the new Brainshark (News - Alert) Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The Brainshark Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is actually an integration of Brainshark’s software with the Microsoft online customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Brainshark is a cloud-based software for creating, sharing and tracking online and mobile video presentations. With Brainshark, one can easily transform static content, such as PowerPoint documents, into voice-enriched video presentations that can be accessed anytime, on-demand. The converted presentations are transformed automatically into formats that are compatible with desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets.
Some of the benefits this approach is going to offer sales reps and marketers who utilize Microsoft’s online customer relationship management (CRM) software are: ability to share the converted presentations with other contacts and customize them for various receivers; Brainshark video presentations can be used within email communications; by having the capability to see how well the presentations are being received by the audiences one can easily customize future video presentations based on audience likes and dislikes and also prioritize follow-up based on viewing activity; and more.
Apart from the aforementioned benefits, Brainshark also saves time and money, increases the reach and effectiveness of users’ communications, provides greater convenience for their audiences, and allows them to measure audience engagement.
