The design of the new solution allows it to integrate effortlessly into the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system. This is one of the first enterprise-grade CRM applications to provide interactive mobile functionalities between a business and consumer that work independent of carrier and mobile device. This solution will reinforce current relationships, improve customer experiences, enhance customer loyalty programs, draw former customers and cut marketing costs. In a press release, Jeremy Martin, senior vice president of Business Development for 3Cinteractive, said, “We are very enthusiastic about extending the Microsoft Dynamics CRM framework ubiquitously to consumer's mobile devices by leveraging our Switchblade platform.
