Microsoft News - 3Ci Launches Enterprise-Grade CRM Solutions at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2011

3Cinteractive  introduced consumer-facing mobile capabilities at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence (News - Alert) that took place in Houston, TX, from March 18-21, 2012. The CRM solution is capable of handling all aspects of communication, which includes opt-in/out management, real-time chat, order updates, targeted marketing broadcasts and more. With the newly launched product, Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM clients across industries will be able to leverage mobile to widen the reach of their present efforts directly to their consumer's mobile app.


The design of the new solution allows it to integrate effortlessly into the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system. This is one of the first enterprise-grade CRM applications to provide interactive mobile functionalities between a business and consumer that work independent of carrier and mobile device. This solution will reinforce current relationships, improve customer experiences, enhance customer loyalty programs, draw former customers and cut marketing costs.

In a press release, Jeremy Martin, senior vice president of Business Development for 3Cinteractive, said, “We are very enthusiastic about extending the Microsoft Dynamics CRM framework ubiquitously to consumer's mobile devices by leveraging our Switchblade platform. 3Cinteractive was recently in the news when it announced that the company’s Switchblade platform has completed the processing of more than seven billion mobile transactions in the last year. These transactions are representative of an almost 250 percent y-o-y increase. 3Ci’s Switchblade platform is characterized by a very high-availability. It also has a high-throughput mobile platform that can be made use of by more than 125 3Ci clients.
