Microsoft News - CHR And Microsoft Dynamics Launch The Cutting-Edge OMNIA 360 Solution

CHR Solutions, a leading provider of solutions for communications service providers, has teamed up with Microsoft (News - Alert) to launch a revolutionary new billing and customer care solution. Designed to be integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the solution will fulfill all CSP (News - Alert) market needs and help both the consumer and the enterprise in all kinds of different scenarios.

Called the OMNIA 360, the service can be delivered on the location or made available via cloud computing. The next generation service aims to fulfill all the needs of the client with its innovative and progressive operations support solution. Since it works in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics, the OMNIA 360 is a one-stop solution for  communications service providers, as it has been designed specifically to assist CSPs package services across all access types ranging from wireless and wireline, to cable and broadband.
